This was puzzling to me for a long time. Slowly I am getting to the level to understand this but it is not easy to find out what works for you. It takes some discipline. But hey nobody ever said this was going to be easy

Part of it is learning what works for you. Some of it can be tested but we don’t do it until something needs fixing or feels off. I personally believe as technology advances and costs go down, our genetic blueprint for example, will be something doctors will have access to as part of a patient health records and they could see something like lactose sensitivity or a tendency for reduced absorption of B12, as part of a patient health background.
